IsraelPropertyTax ("we", "the site") is an independent information resource. We designed this site to need as little of your data as technically possible. This policy explains exactly what does and does not happen.

What we do NOT do

• No cookies. The site sets no cookies of any kind.
• No analytics or tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or any third-party tracker.
• No third-party scripts. The pages load no external fonts, libraries, or content — everything is self-contained.
• No accounts, no sign-up, no forms that store data.

The calculators run in your browser

All calculators and tools on this site (rental-tax comparison, purchase-tax, capital-gains illustrator) run entirely inside your browser. Any figures you enter — prices, rents, dates — are used only to display a result on your own device. They are never sent to us or to any server, and are never stored. Close the tab and they are gone.

If you email us

If you contact us at info@israelpropertytax.com, we receive your email (delivered through Cloudflare's email routing to the operator's mailbox) and use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry — for example, to point you toward a licensed professional. We do not add you to a mailing list and do not share your message for marketing.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. As is standard for any website, the hosting infrastructure may process limited technical data (such as IP address and request time) in server logs for security, abuse-prevention and reliable delivery. This is handled by Cloudflare as our hosting provider under its own terms; we do not build profiles from it.

No selling or sharing of personal data

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as strictly necessary to operate the email described above or where required by law.

Your rights (including under the GDPR)

Because we store almost nothing, there is little to access or delete. If you have emailed us and would like us to delete that correspondence, or you have any question about your data, email info@israelpropertytax.com and we will comply. Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, the EU/EEA under the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, or erase personal data we hold about you.

Children

This site is intended for adults dealing with property and tax matters and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the current version.
